Welcome to RoVPPS. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using RoVPPS's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to our website, Discord bot, and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RoVPPS is a Discord bot that provides integration between Discord servers and Roblox groups, offering features such as role synchronization, verification, XP systems, and other related functionalities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Discord Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must have a valid Discord account and be a member of a Discord server where RoVPPS has been added.

4.2 Roblox Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must have a valid Roblox account that you can link to your Discord account through our verification process.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Abuse, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Exploit the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service

7.1 Discord

Our Service integrates with Discord. Your use of Discord is subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7.2 Roblox

Our Service integrates with Roblox. Your use of Roblox is subject to Roblox's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

8. Premium Services

8.1 Subscription

We offer premium subscription plans that provide additional features and benefits. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

8.2 Payment

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Your use of these payment services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall RoVPPS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RoVPPS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any part thereof.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing a notice through our Service, or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Unless we say otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our Service after we provide such notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. 14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoVPPS is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration, using the English language, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoVPPS regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
